The 10th National Symposium on Analytical Philosophy was Held in Wuhan

The 10^th National Symposium on Analytical Philosophy was recently held in Wuhan. More than 100 scholars from 50 plus universities and academic institutions gathered in Wuhan for discussion and dialogue under the theme of “Science and Norms”.

The symposium was sponsored by the Analytical Philosophy Specialized Committee of the Chinese Modern Foreign Philosophy Society. The predecessor of the Center for American Philosophical Studies in Wuhan University was the Wuhan University American Philosophical Research Center. The year 2015 marks the 100^th anniversary of the birth of Professor Jiang Tianji, so Wuhan University approved the resumption of Wuhan University American Philosophical Research Center, and renamed it Center for American Philosophical Studies in Wuhan University, and Professor Zhu Zhifang was appointed the director for the Center.
