The Secretary-General of Hague Conference on Private International Law Christophe Bernasconi Came to WHU for Lecture

In the afternoon of September 1, Wuhan University Institute of International Law held a lecture entitled “The HCCH: the 2005 Hague Choice of Court Convention, and the ongoing negotiations of the future Hague Judgments Convention” by Dr. Christophe Bernasconi, Secretary-General of the Hague Conference on Private International Law. The lecturer introduced the history and current status of the Hague Conference on Private International Law, and the legislative function of the Hague Conference on International Private Law were introduced from the perspectives of conventions and practice.
