The First Domestic Monograph on Quality Inspection System a was Pnd Mechanismublished

The first domestic monograph that features a comprehensive and in-depth study of quality inspection system and mechanism – Research on China Quality Inspection System and Mechanism – was officially published recently by the People's Publishing House. This monograph is a result of collaborative research between the Quality Development Strategy Research Institute of Wuhan University and the General Office of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and it is a quality control nonprofit research project.    

Based on the overall product quality and safety reality of our nation in the current stage, the book mainly focuses on government function, power allocation, institutional settings and operation methods of the quality inspection work under the socialist market economic system, reflecting the history, development trajectory and latest development of the quality inspection system and mechanism of our country. Apart from the preface, there are four parts: the history and internal rules of the Chinese quality inspection system and mechanism, a comparative study with foreign quality inspection system and mechanism, the basis and challenges of improving China’s quality inspection system and mechanism, reform and innovation of the China’s quality inspection system and mechanism. Since April 7, China Quality Daily has been publishing the results of this project for 11 consecutive issues, providing a reference for the reform and development of the quality control system and cause.
