The First National Young Marxist Scholars Luojia Forum was Held

 

In order to further strengthen academic exchanges among young Marxist scholars, the first "National Young Marxist Scholar Luojia Forum" was held in Wuhan University from April 22 to 24.

 

The theme of the forum was "Marxism and Contemporary China", which attracted nearly 200 young scholars from the more than 70 colleges and universities such as Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the Central Party School, Peking University, Renmin University of China, Beijing Normal University, Wuhan University, South China Normal University, Nanjing University. In-depth discussion was conducted around major theoretical and practical issues such as Marxism and Chinese traditional culture, Chinese road and Chinese say, the contemporary mainstream ideology development of China and so on.

 

The forum was co-hosted by the Wuhan University School of Marxism and Marxist Theory and Chinese Practice Collaborative Innovation Center, and organized by the Wuhan University School of Marxism Young Teachers Association. In this forum, there was a session named "Academic Views", where nearly 20 young scholars elaborated on their understanding of Marxism and Chinese traditional culture, Western Marxism etc.
