Professor Cheng Hong Invited to Chengdu Municipal Government for Seminars

      On September 11, the Chengdu Municipal Government invited Professor Cheng Hong, Dean of the Quality Development Strategy Research Institute of Wuhan University to deliver a lecture entitled Quality: New Power under the New Normal.TianRong, vice mayor of Chengdu attended the lecture, together with the person in charge of the work of quality in different districts and counties, as well as relevant functional departments people.

     In this lecture, Professor Cheng started from the reflection of Chengdu’s economic development and analyzed the paths and methods for Chengdu to conduct macroscopic quality management under the new normal. He approached the topic from seven aspects, namely the development course of iPhone, in-depth analysis of quality, quality-driven GDP growth and domestic demand increase, building quality strategic development system with enterprises as the mainstay, boosting total factor productivity, achieving the "new power" of government quality governance reforms and quality innovation.
