Professor Li Lan from the Northern Illinois University Lectured in Our University

On July 6, Professor Li Lan from the Northern Illinois University of the United States came to our School of Economics and Management and presented a lecture entitled Building Chicago into America’s Center of Medical Conference and Exhibition: a Classic Case Study of Partnership between Municipal Government and Hotel Tourism.

Professor Li Lan used many case studies and data to present the process of how Chicago became the No.1 convention and exhibition center in the United States, he also discussed with the present students the similarities between Wuhan and Chicago and the current condition of Wuhan’s convention and exhibition industry.
