(Reported by Bao Yingying) On May 16, the Second Conference of the Digital Intelligence Education Practice and Innovation Alliance was held at Wuhan University. More than 350 participants, including officials from the Ministry of Education, Hubei Provincial Department of Education, Hubei Provincial Data Administration, alliance member representatives, domestic and international university representatives, and university scholars, gathered at Wuhan University to explore pathways for digital transformation in education
At the conference, two major achievements in digital intelligence education from Wuhan University were released, namely the Luojia Intelligent Knowledge Graph System and the Remote Sensing Teaching Domain-Specific Large Model. In addition, the conference also featured the strategic signing ceremony between Wuhan University, the Evaluation Agency of the Ministry of Education, and Higher Education Press. It also marked the official launch of the National Research Base for Digital-Intelligent Education in Universities, and included both the award ceremony for the National University Digital Intelligence Education Innovation Competition and the handover of the hosting rights for the next session.
During the keynote session, experts and scholars engaged in in-depth discussions on the frontiers of digital intelligence education, highlighting emerging trends in educational reform and practical application. A roundtable forum brought together participants to explore innovative paths and models for advancing digital intelligence education nationwide. In the showcase session for Grand Prize-winning cases from the National University Digital Intelligence Education Innovation Competition, educators from Harbin Institute of Technology, Wuhan University, and Hubei University of Technology presented pioneering achievements in future classroom practices, demonstrating the transformative potential of digital technologies in higher education.
This conference was hosted by Wuhan University and organized by Chaoxing Group. The Digital Intelligence Education Innovation Alliance was jointly initiated by Wuhan University together with universities, research institutions, and enterprises. With a current membership of 42 institutions, the Alliance promotes the establishment of standards and innovation models in digital intelligence education through an industry-academia-research collaboration mechanism. It aims to create exemplary reform cases, lead global trends in educational digitalization, and support national strategies and the development of educational civilization.
