From September 8 to 14, the National Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Science announced the list of the 489 projects funded by the National Social Science Fund in 2017.
9 projects of Wuhan University made the cut, tied for the second place among all universities in China.
Among them, the School of Law has 3 projects; School of Philosophy 2, Taiwan Research Institute, Chinese Traditional Culture Research Center, College of Chinese Language and Literature, and School of journalism and Communication each have one.
This funding provided by the National Social Science Fund aims to support the publication of outstanding achievements in the field of basic research in humanities and social sciences, including academic monographs with theoretical innovation value and a small amount of compilation and reference books with high academic value.
