Professor Huang Zhixiong Attended International Conference on Cyber Engagement in the United States

 

On April 26, Professor Huang Zhixiong, deputy director of the Institute of International Law, was invited to participate in the " International Conference on Cyber ​​Engagement" hosted by Georgetown University, and delivered a speech in the seminar of “International Network Norms”.


The seminar of "International Network Norms" was chaired by Professor Joseph Nye from Harvard University Kennedy School of Government, and there were four speakers in this seminar, namely Professor Huang Zhixiong, Chris Painter -- USA Network Coordinator for the State Department, Karsten Geier from the Coordinator Office of the German Federal Foreign Office, James Lewis, famous network affairs specialist of the American Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). Professor Huang Zhixiong made some comments about the latest development of "Tallinn 2.0" cyberspace law project where he serves as an international expert member, and he further expounded on the prospect and major issues confronted by the international norms in cyberspace.
