Professor Liang Xin from University of Minnesota Gave Lecture at Our University

In the afternoon of May 27^th, at the invitation of Economics and Management School of Wuhan University, Professor Liang Xin from University of Minnesota delivered a speech entitled Jiang Yiqi, Trust and Guanxi: The trios of interpersonal relationship in Chinese culture.

Professor Liang first highlighted a personal construct of “Jiang Yiqi” which stood for a personal reciprocal behavior in social interaction and cooperation and reflected individual characteristics. Then he put forward a series of assumptions, such as the possible causation among “Jiang Yiqi”, “Trust” and “Guanxi”—in which “Trust” served as an “inter-mediator”, and the complementary influence of personal construct as kinship on corporate performances.
