Wuhan University Judicial Case Research Center was established

On May 15th, the inauguration ceremony of the Judicial Case Research Center of Wuhan University and the major judicial research project of the Supreme People's Court in 2018, "Study on the Uniform Law Application Standards under the Background of Judicial Responsibility System" was held.

It was learned from the meeting that the Center will establish and maintain close ties with the judicial practice departments such as the Supreme People's Court, other case study institutions, legal search databases and search service agencies, pay attention to the hot frontier issues in judicial practice, and strive to contribute its share to the rule of law for socialism with Chinese characteristics.
