"China Employer-Employee Survey" International Symposium Held in Apple's Headquarters

On Dec. 1st, Professor Cheng Hong and his colleagues from Wuhan University Institute of Quality Development Strategy were invited to Apple's headquarters to give an academic lecture on CEES.

At the meeting, Professor Cheng Hong and Professor Li Hongbin, one of the CEES survey initiators, visiting professor of Stanford University, co-director of the "China Enterprise Investigation Center" of Wuhan University, elaborated on CEES survey questionnaire design, sampling, organizational structure and implementation to the participating experts. In response to Apple employees’ turnover problem in China, Professor Cheng Hong conducted a comprehensive analysis by using vivid case and detailed data.
