Global Health Research and Policy International Symposium was Held

On October 9, 2016, Global Health Research and Policy International Symposium, which was organized by the School of Health and Global Health Institute of Wuhan University, was held in the School of Medicine of Wuhan University. This symposium had four key themes, namely, global health system policy, global environmental health, Global Health Research and Policy magazine development strategy, global health and Africa. It was chaired by Prof. He Qijiang, Assistant to the Dean of the School of Health.

Experts and scholars from institutions of higher learning and research institutions, such as the United States University of Hawaii, University of Malaysia, Shandong University, Duke University, National Institute of Parasitic Diseases of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention etc., made some academic reports. Professor Wang Peigang from Wuhan University Institute of Quality Development Strategy delivered a keynote speech entitled "The Introduction to Global Health Research and Policy", introducing the magazine's development status and interests, and envisaged the future quality of human life.
