In the evening of April 16, professor Chen Ciyang, president of the Taiwan Environmental Law Association and also a professor from the department of law of the University of Taipei, gave a lecture on “Plight and Opportunity of the Development of Taiwan's Environmental Law” in the "Luojia Environmental Law Forum".
