Chen Wei

Chen Wei, born in March 1954 in Huangmei, Hubei Province, is a scholar of bamboo and silk manuscripts. He is a professor at the School of History at Wuhan University and the Director of the Center of Bamboo and Silk Manuscript at Wuhan University. His work focuses on excavated documents, with a particular emphasis on Warring States Chu manuscripts and Qin-Han bamboo and wooden slips.
