2021 Luojia Young Scholars Interdisciplinary Forum: Information Dissemination in the Era of Data Intelligence

On the afternoon of June 10, the 2021 Luojia Young Scholars Interdisciplinary Forum was held in Room 313 of the School of Information Management, Wuhan University. With the theme of "Information Dissemination in the Era of Data Intelligence", this forum was jointly organized by the "Information Metrology and Scientific Evaluation Research" young academic team and the "Intelligent Marketing Communication Research" young academic team, co-organized by the China Science Evaluation Research Center, whileDocumentation, Information & KnowledgeandJournal of Information Resources Managementalso provided support.

Eight experts and scholars from Wuhan University's School of Information Management, School of Journalism and Communication, School of Cyber Science and Engineering, and State Key Laboratory of Information Engineering in Surveying, Mapping and Remote Sensing gave keynote speeches and conducted in-depth exchanges.

Associate Professor Wang Songmao of the School of Journalism and Communication took "Value Chain, Value Network, Value Galaxy: Ecological Reconstruction of Intelligent Communication Enterprises" as the theme, introduced the value chain of marketing enterprises based on traditional marketing concepts, and proposed the methodology of ecological reconstruction of intelligent communication enterprises.

Zhang Liqiang from the School of Cyber Science and Engineering of Wuhan University gave a keynote speech entitled "The Application and Practice of Artificial Intelligence Technology in Internet Companies".

Associate Professor Liao Bingyi of the School of Journalism and Communication, with the topic of "Research on the Influencing Factors of User Responses to Short Video Behavioral Targeting Ads", put forward suggestions on advertising production, strategy, delivery and communication on the impact of short video behavioral targeting ads on user response.

Dr. Fu Xiaokang from the State Key Laboratory of Information Engineering in Surveying, Mapping and Remote Sensing gave a report titled "Research, Practice and Challenges of Social Geographical Computing Platforms". He explained the characteristics of social geographic computing platforms through the application cases of the Covid19 platform and outlined his future work plans. .

Associate Professor Dong Ke of the School of Information Management delivered a report on the topic of "Research on the Citation Path of Scientific Knowledge Dissemination", focusing on the relevant issues in the identification of scientific knowledge diffusion paths.

Dr. Li Xinlai from the School of Information Management explained the concepts and theoretical methods related to the discourse power of new media in colleges and universities with the topic of "Research on the Mechanism and Evaluation of the Discourse Power of New Media in Colleges and Universities".

Dr. Qi Fan from the School of Information Management took "Research on the Mechanism of Paper Retraction in Scientific Communication" as the topic, and summarized practical suggestions on the citation norms, re-dissemination, and peer review of retracted papers.

Diao Heyu from the School of Information Management introduced the paper correction mechanism and related research in scientific communication with the topic of "Research on Paper Revision and Impact in Scientific Communication".
