Experts Gathered to Discuss Constitution and Economic Law

On May 11th, the Symposium on "Dialogue between Constitution and Economic Law: The Contemporary Mission of the Economic Constitution" and the Economic Law 30 People Forum (No. 11) co-sponsored by the Constitutional Research Society of the Chinese Law Society, the Economic Law Research Society of the Chinese Law Society and the School of Law of Wuhan University was held in Wuhan. More than 100 experts and scholars attended the forum.

This conference focused on the topic of "the contemporary mission of the economic constitution". Participants shared their opinion from perspectives such as the relationship between the constitution, economic law and economic constitutional paradigm, economic regulations and constitutional review, ownership norms and economic terms in the constitution, etc., discussions like this will help eliminate the disciplinary barriers of constitutional law and economic law, and seek a consensus on value, which is of great significance for further in-depth promotion of economic constitution academic research and institutional building in the future.
