[Academic News] Journal Chinese Journal of International Law made into Q1 Class of SSCI Source

According to theJournal Citation Report(JCR) released by Clarivate Analytics, the journal edited by Prof. Yi Xianhe, chief expert of the China Institute of Boundary and Ocean Studies, Collaborative Innovation Center for Territorial Sovereignty and Maritime Rights of Wuhan University——ChineseJournal of International Lawentered the Q1classof the SSCI source journal.

The latest impact factor of this Journal is 1.659, ranking 29th (top 20%) among the 150 legal academic journals in the world included in SSCI, which made into the Q1 class. In the comprehensive peer-reviewed journal of international law,thisJournal ranked second only after theAmerican Journal of International Law.

It is reported that, theChinese Journal of International Lawis a SSCI source Journal,andit is published by Oxford University Press. The Journalwas under preparation bythe Chinese international jurisprudenceat the beginning of the reform and opening up. In 2002, it was co-sponsoredand co-editedby Judge Wang Tieya and Professor Yi Xianhe, andthe first issue wasofficially published.
