Professor Huang Zhixiong was Invited to Participate in the Meeting of China-EU Digital Economy and Cyber Security Experts Working Group

From December 13 to 14, 2016, the 2ndMeeting of China-EU Digital Economy and Cyber Security Experts Working Group was held in Yangzhou. At the invitation of the National Internet Information Office, Professor Huang Zhixiong from the School of Law attended the meeting as an expert of the Chinese side and expressed his opinions on the recent legislative and law enforcement cooperation in the field of cyber security in China and Europe and conducted in-depth discussions with EU experts.

The Meeting of China-EU Digital Economy and Cyber Security Experts Working Group is a dialogue and cooperation mechanism set up by the two sides during the 18th China-EU Summit held in July 2016. Participating experts come from their respective government departments, industry authorities, enterprises and research institutions. Professor Huang Zhixiong is one of two Chinese experts from universities. (Institute of International Law)
