Investigation, Prosecution, Defense, and Trial Guidelines in China series Published

 

It takes more than 300 experts and scholars five years to complete the 25 series of Criminal Cases Investigation, Prosecution, Defense, and Trial Guidelines in China, which were officially published in January 2016.


The release conference of the series in Central China was co-organized by the Law Press China and Ma Kechang Law Foundation of Wuhan University, and a "Trial-centered" Investigation, Prosecution, Defense, Trial Summit was held at the same time.


Criminal Cases Investigation, Prosecution, Defense, and Trial Guidelines in China series have inherited the academic thought of law masters like Gao Mingxuan, Ma Kechang, Tian Qiyu, Liu Jiachen, Zhang Geng, Zhao Bingzhi and so on. And the book series were written and compiled collectively by experts and scholars from the Supreme People's Court, Supreme People's Procuratorate, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Justice, Beijing Normal University, Wuhan University, Northwest University of Politics & Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and relevant departments of different localities. This series proceeded from the practical needs of vast legal practitioners, summarized and elaborated the current criminal law according to State's criminal law provisions and the latest criminal theory research results.
