Professor Zhou Yezhong’s Paper on Taiwan Awarded the Second Prize in National Assessment

    The excellence awards of the 7^th National Taiwan Study, also the winners of the Papers of Year 2014 have been released recently. After the panels’ anonymous assessment, the work co-authored by Professor Zhou Yezhong and his PhD candidate Duan Lei, the Acceptance of Cross-Strait Agreements, won the second prize.

    The paper, concerning the theories and practices of acceptance mechanism for cross-strait agreements, illuminated the jurisprudential meaning, the practice in mainland and Taiwan and the challenges involved and offered several proposals for perfecting the mechanism.  (School of Law)
